The serial number on this drum would have it dated to sometime in 1965, and considering its age, this snare is in great condition! The hardware looks to be mostly original with the exception of the hoops/claws, and lugs (also possibly the tension rods), which have since been replaced with single flanged hoops, claws, and tube lugs. Upon closer inspection, the screws on the script logo butt plate have also been replaced with more modern keyscrews. 

The P83 throw-off is in great condition and works perfectly.
