All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion. We process and ship orders as fast as we can, typically between 12-24hrs after payment is completed. Quite often orders ship within just a few hours if placed during store hours through the week. UPS and USPS pick up Monday-Friday in the late afternoon EST. If an order is placed on Friday, there is a chance that it may not ship until Monday, as there is no pick-up over the weekend.
If your shipping address is an apartment, or there is a situation where you need a signature for the package to be left, please email or call us and request “Signature Required.”

Although we rarely have any issues with packages getting lost or damaged, occasionally these things do happen. We remind customers that once an order is shipped, it is ultimately out of our control until it gets to its destination. We will make every effort to remedy a problem if something does occur.
