Poplar Shells:

Poplar is a widely used shell material for drums. Being softer than other hardwoods like maple, beech or birch, it offers more mid to low frequencies with a softer attack.

AQ Cast Lugs:

The new SONOR cast lug, used on all of the AQ-Series drums, was engineered in Germany with close attention to functionality, durability and design. It is assembed using multiple components and includes our TuneSafe system to prevent detunung of the drums.

1000-Series Hardware Set:

Stage and Studio configurations include a 5-piece set of sturdy and functional 1000-Series double-braced Hardware, including two Cymbal Stands, a Snare Stand, HiHat Stand and a Single Bass Drum Pedal.
