If you're looking for that classic Ludwig sound, but with a bit of a sonic twist, and a pretty remarkable-yet-understated aesthetic twist, look no further!

For this limited edition kit, Ludwig have paired their modern classic 7-ply maple shell and 45-degree bearing edge with single-flanged hoops and old-school spurs, then plated all the hardware in the coolest nickel finish you can imagine. The result is understated, but looks better and better the more you gaze upon it.

Because then you notice that the bass drum hoop inlays are white marine pearl, setting off the Ebony Pearl finish and white front head.

The sound is timeless modern Ludwig - balanced, articulate, warm, satisfying. The single-flanged hoops make for a slightly softer, slightly more open sound. It's a sound that perfectly complements the way it looks!
