The Chain Gate Snare creates a gated effect when clipped onto the snare. It features two brass chains that stretch across the head, 2 rings with recycled cymbal pieces and bells attached, and 2 binder clips to mount to a triple-flanged or diecast rim. They can also be hooked on cymbals for a heavy sizzle effect.
