Ultra Rare! 70s Zildjian "Canadian K" Medium Heavy Ride 2572g (circa 77-79')

In the late 70s The Zildjian Company brought cymbalsmiths over from Istanbul to Canada to make K cymbals in its Meductic, New Brunswick factory (Now Sabian). These cymbals were only made for a few short years in this factory and are now extremely rare and sought after. This cymbal is one of them.

This 20" Med Heavy Ride is in very good condition for being 40+ yrs old. Aside from a few scratches and a couple small patinated spots, it is very clean! There is almost no keyholing whatsoever and the edge is very smooth. Aside from one very small imperfection on the edge (which is not even visible), the edge is in excellent shape. Certainly not worthy of designating it a flea bite. 

The cymbal sounds excellent! Nice bell, great definition, not too washy. It has all the right qualities of a great ride.
